Horus Backup Island is a backup facility created by Lionel Changer shortly after construction of Horus Headquarters. It was uninhabited until Bastion, Lucy, and Iris Lawton was forced to move there.
The island is artificial and capable of moving locations. Unlike HORUS, the facility is broken into several pods and sections and be traveled to by teleporters on the island. The pods are located underground and were fully furnished. Some were functional based on specific departments. For example, there was a research pod, a cafeteria pod, and so on. There were also several living pods that Iris, Lucy, Bastion, and Ivy Lawton called their homes.
After Volume 3, the island was abandoned in favor of Iris's new base.
